Buy from China without the language wall — or the blind trust
Verification before you pay, eyes on the factory floor, and every conversation interpreted. We work for the buyer, take nothing from the supplier, and never touch the goods or the money for them.
Wherever the factory is, not wherever we are
China’s manufacturing is clustered, and the cluster that matters depends on what you buy. We work across mainland China — a verification visit goes to the plant, not to the nearest city we happen to like. Travel outside our home province is quoted upfront and billed at cost.
Two engagements, taken separately or together
Verification is a fixed-fee report you can take and act on alone. Sourcing is the ongoing work of finding, negotiating and inspecting.

Specs & contracts translatedWhere overseas buyers actually lose money
Rarely on unit price. Almost always on one of these four.
The payment went to the wrong account
The invoice looks right, the account name does not match the business licence, and the deposit is gone. Matching the receiving account to the licensed entity is a five-minute check that almost nobody does.
Supplier verificationThe “factory” was a trading company
A trading company is not automatically a problem — but paying factory-direct prices for a trader’s margin is, and so is a supplier who cannot actually control the production they are promising you.
Maker-vs-trader analysisThe shipment did not match the sample
The golden sample was approved by email, nobody wrote down what “approved” meant, and there was no pre-shipment inspection. By the time the container lands, your leverage is gone.
Samples & inspectionThe supplier registered your brand
China is first-to-file. A supplier or distributor who registers your mark in year one owns it there, and you find out in year three. Filing early costs a few hundred dollars a class; buying your own name back does not.
Trademark strategyQuestions we hear from every first-time buyer
Do you buy the goods and resell them to me?
No. We are a service provider, not a trading company. We never take title to goods, never hold your payment for goods, and never act as the seller. You contract with the supplier and pay the supplier directly; our fee is for our work and is invoiced separately. If you want a Chinese trading entity to buy and resell to you, that is a different structure and we can introduce a licensed trading company — but we will not be it.
How do you verify that a supplier is real?
We start from the business licence and the Unified Social Credit Code, check the company on China’s National Enterprise Credit Information Publicity System, analyse whether the registered scope and export rights indicate a manufacturer or a trader, verify the factory in person or by video, check certificates with the issuer, and confirm the receiving bank account name matches the licensed entity. The report says go or no-go and shows the evidence.
What is the single biggest red flag?
A bank account whose name does not match the business licence. Being asked to pay a personal account, a Hong Kong shell or an unrelated third party is the classic fraud and tax-evasion setup. We flag it before you wire anything.
Does your location matter to us?
It should not. We work across mainland China and go where the plant is. What matters is that a verification visit happens quickly and that someone competent walks the floor — not which city our licence is registered in. Turnaround is stated on every service page.
