Certified Chinese ⇄ English Translation

A translation is only useful if the institution on the other side accepts it. We translate business and qualification documents in both directions and deliver them in the certified form the receiving side actually asks for.

In short: accurate Chinese ⇄ English translation of business and qualification documents — licences, contracts, financial statements, technical specifications, degrees and transcripts — delivered with our translator’s signed statement of accuracy and company seal. Before you order, we confirm what form your destination actually requires, including the cases where it must be certified by a translator accredited in that country rather than by us.

Documents we translate

Corporate

Business licences, articles of association, board and shareholder resolutions, certificates of good standing, powers of attorney.

Commercial & financial

Contracts, quotations, purchase agreements, audit reports and financial statements, insurance and shipping documents.

Technical & product

Specifications, test reports, certificates of conformity, manuals, packaging and labelling copy for export markets.

Qualification

Degrees, diplomas, transcripts and professional qualification certificates, for employment and academic use.

What “certified” means here

Every certified translation we deliver carries a statement of accuracy signed by the translator — identifying the translator, the source document, the language direction and the date — together with the company seal. That is the form Chinese notary offices, registration authorities, banks and courts accept, and the form most overseas institutions accept for commercial documents.

Where it is not enough, we say so. Some overseas authorities require a translation certified by a translator accredited in their country. Where that applies to your document, we tell you before you order and help you find the right provider — rather than selling you a certification that will be refused at the counter.

Indicative pricing

Priced per page or per thousand characters, with a firm quote once we see the file. Standard single-page certificates are quick; technical and legal text is quoted individually.

Market ranges, not a quotation. Final pricing is confirmed in writing before work starts.

How it works

  1. Send the file and tell us the destination. A clear scan of each page, plus who will receive the translation and what for. We confirm the required form, the fixed price and the turnaround.
  2. Translate and certify. Translation, in-house check, then the statement of accuracy and seal.
  3. Deliver. A certified PDF, and hard copies by post where the receiving institution needs originals.

Where the original also needs notarising or an Apostille before the translation is any use, that is handled together — see document notarisation & Apostille.

Requirements vary by authority, destination and document type. We confirm your specific case in writing before you order. Translation is an ordinary service within our registered business scope; it is not a legal, accounting or immigration service, and a translation does not make a document valid — only accurate.
