Supplier Due Diligence & Verification

Before you wire a deposit, know exactly who you’re dealing with. We verify the company, tell you whether it’s a real manufacturer or a middleman, check the factory and the paperwork, and give you a plain go/no-go report.

In short: independent verification before you pay. We check the company on China’s official registry, work out whether it’s a genuine manufacturer or a trader, verify the factory and its certificates, confirm the bank account matches the licensed entity, and hand you a clear go/no-go report — so a good price never turns into a lost deposit.

Want the method first? Our deep-dive walks through every check: Supplier due diligence — real manufacturer or middleman? This service is us doing it for you, and putting it in writing.

What the report covers

Entity & registry check

Business licence and Unified Social Credit Code verified on the National Enterprise Credit Information Publicity System — status, capital, age, and any abnormal-operation flags.

Maker vs trader

Business scope, invoicing and export rights analysed to tell a real manufacturer from a trading company adding a hidden margin.

Factory verification

Video tour or an in-person, interpreted visit; address, capacity and operation cross-checked against the story you were told.

Certificates & payment

ISO and product certificates verified with the issuer, and a check that the bank account name matches the business licence.

How it works

  1. Send the details. The supplier’s name, licence or contact, and what you plan to order.
  2. We verify. Registry and document checks, maker-vs-trader analysis, factory tour, and payment-name matching.
  3. You get the report. A plain go/no-go with the evidence and the specific risks to watch — usually within 3–7 working days.
What the report is, and is not. Our report is based on public registry records and on what we observe on site at the time of the visit. It is not a guarantee of a supplier’s future performance, quality or solvency — due diligence reduces risk, it cannot eliminate it. What we do is remove the language and distance barrier and put rigorous, documented checks in place so you decide with real information. Pairs naturally with our sourcing & interpreting service.
