What you get
Registry and archive searches
Company registry records, filing history, shareholder and change records, and archive material only available at a counter.
Certified copies
Official copies obtained from the issuing authority, ready for notarisation and legalisation.
Lodging and collecting
Documents submitted and collected where the authority permits an agent, with the receipt and reference number recorded.
Counter enquiries
A real question asked of a real official, and the answer written down — including who said it and when.
Chasing stalled filings
Following up a filing that has gone quiet, finding out why, and telling you what it will take to move it.
Written record
Every errand comes back as a short written report: what was done, what was obtained, what it cost, what is outstanding.
How it runs
- Tell us the errand. What you need and what it is for. We confirm whether it can be done by an agent at all, and what authorisation is required.
- Authorisation. Power of attorney or authorisation letter prepared, and legalised if you are a foreign company.
- Execution. We attend, obtain or lodge, and record the reference numbers and receipts.
- Written report. What happened, what it cost, and what remains outstanding.
